Went for sod, nobody else had it or was open on Sunday. Price was fair. Nice kid owns the place now, polite and helpful. Ill be back for sure

Horrible customer service and overpriced. The older gentleman who works there, and whom I believe is the owner, was shockingly rude and disrespectful. I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. His attitude was completely unprofessional and made for an awful experience. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers—I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I went here because I found a great deal on some specific bushes I was looking for, and they were priced really well. I also plan to pick up some mulch and dirt from them as their prices were much less than other places I've checked. The owner was very nice, and I could hear confidence is knowledge about the products he had. I equate that to trust. I'll be back. Thank you!

I waited a few months before writing this review to see if my experience with Frank at Advance Landscape was just “how they all are,” but after finding someone else much more polite and professional, I feel compelled to share. Frank did show up for the estimate, but when I asked about pricing for different options (A vs. B depending on cost), his response was, “well, if you don’t know what you want you’re just wasting people’s time.” Not only dismissive, but downright rude. Then, as we were talking, a Hispanic father in an older white truck parked near my home (across from an elementary school) to wait for his child. Frank’s comment? “Oh geez, you call this guy too.” No, sir, I did not, and frankly, that assumption was offensive, unprofessional, and a little bit racist. His estimate was higher than others I received, and to top it off, it didn’t even include re-seeding or replacing grass. Instead, he brushed it off with a suggestion to just “do wood chips.” I left the interaction creeped out, disrespected, and absolutely certain I would never hire him despite a neighbor’s recommendation. Amazing! After 4 other places did not call me back or show up for an estimate, Frank, the owner came the day after I called. My yard was transformed into a beautiful space within 2 weeks. Very thankful for the work done, and the clean up was awesome; I couldn't even tell the team was there. Much appreciation to Frank and his staff!!
